Before Barcelona wakes, the sea is absolutely yours. Set sail at dawn for a lavish French brunch — warm pastries, seasonal produce, cold cuts, and sparkling wine as the first light paints the Mediterranean rose.
Departures are around 6:30 in summer and 7:15 in winter, calibrated so you're already at sea when the sun crests the horizon. The sailboat leaves the Port Olímpic quietly, motors out of the marina, then unfolds its sail toward the south. The water is glassy at this hour — the city behind you, an empty Mediterranean ahead.
Once we're out of the marina, the brunch comes up on deck. Warm pastries from an artisan French bakery, an egg dish prepared on board by our chef, charcuterie, French and Spanish cheeses, seasonal fruit, fresh juices, coffee in proper cups, and a cold bottle of cava (or mimosa, if you prefer) waiting in the ice bucket. Tea-drinkers and non-drinkers are taken care of with the same attention.
After eating, there's time to read on deck, swim if the season allows, or simply stay still and watch Barcelona slowly wake. We return to the marina around 9:30–10:00, well before the harbour gets busy. You'll have done more by 10am than most people do in a day.

How the day unfolds
Before dawn
Boarding 20 minutes before sunrise. The brunch is already in the galley; the skipper warms it once we're out.
Sunrise sail
Out of the marina, gentle sail toward the south. Coffee comes first, then the table comes up.
The brunch
Pastries hot, eggs to order, cava popped. Soft music if you want it, silence if you don't.
Return
Smooth return to the marina between 9:30 and 10:00. The city is just starting; your day is already perfect.
Frequently asked questions
How early do we wake up?
Boarding is roughly 20 minutes before sunrise. In Barcelona, sunrise is around 6:20–6:30 in summer and 7:30–8:00 in winter. We confirm boarding time 48h before based on the day's astronomical sunrise.
Can we swim?
Yes — from May to October, weather and safety permitting. Bring a swimsuit; we provide towels on board. For the swim stop the skipper heads to open water and rigs a safety buoy at the stern to alert passing boats and give swimmers a marker to hold onto (anchoring isn't permitted inside the bay).
What about seasickness?
Mornings are the calmest time on the Mediterranean — the swell is at its minimum. If you're sensitive, this is the experience where it's least likely to matter. We can also stay closer to the coast or partially in the harbour for guests who prefer.
Is the food really 'lavish'?
Yes — full French brunch, not a continental box. Hot pastries, an egg dish made on board, charcuterie and cheese boards, fruit, juices, coffee. Quantity is calibrated for generous appetites, not corporate buffets.
Can we propose / celebrate something?
Yes — discreet collaboration is part of what we do. Flowers on the table, a hidden ring, a printed message in the brunch box. Tell us when you book, we don't share anything with the rest of the group.
What's the price?
