Five exceptional organic and natural wines — guided, tasted, understood. A private sommelier leads the session aboard a catamaran moored at the port, where calm waters and harbour light create the perfect setting for concentration and pleasure.
Wine tastings deserve focus. That's why this experience happens with the catamaran docked, perfectly stable, with the city skyline as your panorama. A short sail at the start or end is possible if the group wants it — but the heart of the experience stays at the table.
Our sommelier comes from a partnership with Human Vins, a Barcelona-based natural wine specialist. The five wines are chosen for narrative: a Catalan cava to open, two contrasting Mediterranean whites, and two reds — one fresh and youthful, one deeper and structured. Tasting notes are printed, the sommelier walks you through grape, terroir, vinification, and what to look for in the glass.
Gourmet pairings accompany each wine: pica-pica boards with Catalan and French specialties, designed by our chef to elevate each pour without competing with it. The pace is yours — a typical session runs 2h30, but we've had passionate groups linger to three hours. We're not in a hurry.

How the day unfolds
Welcome
Boarding 10 minutes before. The sommelier introduces themselves and the five wines you'll explore.
Whites and a sparkling
Cava first — we wake the palate. Then the two whites. The sommelier reads each glass with you.
Reds
Two reds, structured around contrasting terroirs. The pica-pica boards step up. Conversation does too.
Wrap-up
A summary, your favourite of the five, and a final toast to close the session.
Frequently asked questions
Are the wines really organic?
Yes — every wine on the tasting is certified organic, with most also natural (low or zero sulphites added). We work exclusively with Human Vins, who curate within these standards.
What languages does the sommelier speak?
Sessions are hosted in English, French or Spanish, with Catalan available on request. Tell us your preferred language when booking and we'll align the right sommelier.
What if someone doesn't drink?
Tell us at booking so we can prepare appropriate non-alcoholic pairings — botanicals, kombucha or alcohol-free wines aligned with the food. We need notice in advance to source them properly; we can't improvise alternatives on board.
What's the price?
The session is €550 for the private catamaran (groups of 8–10). The price includes the sommelier, five organic wines, pica-pica pairings and a short optional sail. Send us your group size on WhatsApp for a confirmed quote.
Can we take bottles home?
Yes. The sommelier always brings extra inventory and you can buy bottles directly at fair (non-tourist) retail price. Useful if a wine surprised someone in the group.
